What is the BonLook Trendsetters Program?
How do I join?

Where can I track my progress?
You can track your progress by logging into your Trendsetter account and going to your benefits page.
How is my membership status determined?
Your Trendsetter tier is determined by how many pairs of frames you purchase and how much you spend each calendar year. You can make these purchases at bonlook.ca or at one of our retail locations. Scroll up to see the minimum annual spend for each tier in our benefits chart.
How does earning work with the BonLook Trendsetter Program?
It’s easy: the more you shop, the closer you get to leveling up to a new tier and accessing more perks.
What happens to my rewards if I return something?
When you return an item, that amount will be deducted from your yearly spending total.
How do I add my birthday to my account to redeem my birthday gift?
Go on bonlook.ca, sign into “My Account”. Into your profile, click on “Edit your information” and add your date of birth. Your discount will be available on the benefits page during your birthday month.
I don’t live in Canada. Can I still sign up?
Unfortunately, only Canadian residents can access the BonLook Trendsetter Program.

The contest will run from December 1, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. ET to December 25, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. ET. No purchase is required to participate or win. Limit of one entry per email address per day. Participants must also be subscribed to our loyalty program to enter. Winners will be selected by random draw and contacted at the end of each week. A total of twenty-four (24) prizes are available to be won, with one winner per day. Each prize consists of one (1) BonLook gift card valued at $100.
